Course Description:
This course will introduce the student to the uses of computers in business.
Students will learn the vocabulary of the computer field and how computers
work. The course will teach students to use application software packages
on microcomputers. In the computer lab, students will learn how to use several
popular application software programs, as well as to navigate the Internet.

This course gave this writer an overview on computers and its specific software programs. It gave me an extensive knowledge regarding the latest technology and its application and impact in our lives. I was fascinated by the power of internet that traditional face-to-face medical consultation in the clinic or hospital can be replaced by cybercare. Computer technology made it possible to accomplish almost everything in the comfort of you own home.
