Activity Analysis

REFLECTION:

This class was the foundation of my career. This is where this writer learned the language of Occupational Therapy. This is where one is trained to look into things through an OT perspective. Field visits, crafts and activity analysis are the major components of this class. Activity Analysis which is breaking down an activity to its smallest part and analyzing each tasks is just simply enlightening . One was not aware that there are so many things involved in just brushing teeth or cleaning a refrigerator. Most people take things for granted and not knowing that those things are essential in carrying out our activities of daily living.
