All my educational goals I can divide into short term and long term goals. In the short term, my goals are very specific. I have a clear plan for my further actions. I am planning to graduate from LaGuardia College in Fall 2007 which is this semester with an AS degree in Business Administration. For the moment, I have 44 credits in my transcript and I am taking 12 credits in this Session I. I am registered for another 2 courses of 3 credits each in the Session II, and I probably will have to take an additional course to fulfill the requirements for the graduation. It will depend on my final transfer transcript from the university in Russia. I have 4.0 GPA right now and it is my primary goal to maintain it. My high GPA can be useful in my future attempts to get scholarships at Baruch College where I have been accepted for Spring 2008. My future degree will be MBA in Computer Information Systems.  The beginning of the year 2008 will be a challenge for me because the winter session in LaGuardia finishes on February 20 and the Spring session in Baruch start on January 25. I will have to find the way to attend both schools at the same time. As I keep on moving towards my Bachelor’s degree, I will try to take at least 18 credits a semester in order to get the degree as soon as possible. In the long term, I plan on getting a master degree to be the final destination in my educational journey.

I am not sure about what career I want to pursue, but it will be related to the field of Computer Information Systems. Therefore, I try to concentrate my attention on developing communication and other specific skills in order to be prepared for the professional world. While at school, I intend to create a strong network that can be helpful in getting my first job or internship position.
