Course reflection:

This class enabled me to step into the Human Services field. This class prepared me to become a human services professional. I liked this class a lot because everyone was caring and we interacted well with each other. The professor was also very kind and friendly. The professor helped us the best was he could. In this class we shared our own thoughts about society and the services for the society. Sometimes the discussions were heavy especially when we talked about child abuse, domestic violence toward women or anything that we know should not happen. Sometimes the discussion made us feel joy, and blessed when we talked about how people cope with their problems such as homelessness, alcoholism and substance abuse…. This class prepared us to have mercy and empathy. The most important was we learned how to help and love.
