Reflection:

I liked this assignment because “the main goal of the paper is not the grade, it is personal growth”, this is what my professor Vianna said. I totally agree. While I was searching and reading the different theories and artist stories I realized that I gained so much out of it. It gave me insight, a new way to look at life. It makes me a better person. Before I did not know and never thought about the connection between me and the society. After I read and understood more, I had identified myself as part of the society and that I should contribute what I could. This paper was not just for passing the course. It was a paper for life.

I put a lot of effort in to this paper and I kept revising and revising until the due date of the assignment. If I had to do this assignment again, I would use my vocabulary more carefully. I would use better words and I have to fix my grammar. After I did this assignment, I felt that need to keep on including this message to my other assignments or when I am talking to other people. I wanted to tell people how important it is to have a goal and purpose in life. Purpose not only gives you strength to wake up in the morning, it can also help you move forward and accomplish more than you could think of.
