Globalization

Reflection:
We were assigned to write a research paper on the topic of Global financial Crises. This assignment is a team project. The professor will assign a partner from oversea to each students in our class and we take every responsibility to contact with them. As soon as I got the information about my oversea partner, I emailed that person and tried to contact my partner more than three times before I give up on him. Professor told us that because of their schedule and our schedule are different, it might take sometime to get response from them. I found my partner from our class who also didn’t get response from his partner either. Because I lived in Michigan State for a year and witnessed their economic situation in Michigan , I told my partner we can talk about the financial crises in the automobile industry which is the main industry of Michigan ; and my partner also liked it. Since it is the Globalization project, we researched about the competition between Michigan Big three ( General Motors, Ford and Chrystler) and foreign automobiles including Japanese, Korean, Germany car companies. Meanwhile, we talked about whether it is worth for the government to bail out the big three. The most joyful thing is not we got the high grade which we did, but the process of completing this project. I enjoyed to work as a team and I like to research about what I am interested in to know about more.
