Textbook: West's Paralegal Today, 4th edition

Assignments:

Memorandum

This is our only writing assignment in our class and it is also my first experience in legal writing. Legal writing is very different with those writing classes I took before. The professor emphasizes about Precise and Concise. We have to express our opinion in as little words as we can. There are six major questions and approximately four sub questions for each question, but we have to finish it in less than two pages. Before, I consider writing more pages is very hard, but the writing less is not as easy as I thought. I put a lot of effort to concise it, and I it paid off.
