Welcome to my ePortfolio. You
can get to know about me here.
My name is Meizi Li. I came from China two years ago as soon as I
graduated
from my high school in China (May 2007). I was enrolled in an Education
program
in Saginaw Valley State University (MI) for one year (May 2007-May
2008). I
realized that I was not very interested in teaching, so to find out
what I wanted to
major in, I traveled to New York City for a few months instead of going
back to my
hometown during my winter break (2008). As soon as I came to New York
City, I
fell in love with it. I
transferred
to LaGuardia Community College because of my best friend's
recommendation. I
love studying in LaGuardia. In my first semester, I chose six courses
related
to many majors, one of them is was a Business Law course, I was so into
it. I chose to major in Paralegal Studies because of my
interest
in Law Studies. I appreciated very much the fact that LaGuardia has
a good
legal study program. I plan to transfer to John Jay College of Criminal
Justice
after I graduate from LaGuardia. I have been working on my ePortfolio
for two
semesters. I created my first eportfolio in Cep121 studio hour. It was
very fun
for me to complete class projects and collect all my class works in the
ePortfolio because this is very fun for me, so I found a job on
campus that
helps students create ePortfolios as a Student Technology Mentor. I
love
to
collect my works on ePortfolio and love to introduce and help students
to create
their own ePortfolio because I believe it is a tool that is very useful
for the future
in our
academic life.
